Great Website for 18th Century Cooking

I've been looking at this blog for awhile now, and really enjoy the recipes. 

As an F&I reenactor, this year I'm going to be eating using recipes from the era.  Should be interesting. 

As time goes on, I'm going to be putting more and more stuff up that have historical relevance to my hobby.  This year is going to be the year of the rendezvous for me.  The way of life, and camping in that era is truly enjoyable, relaxing, and the people are wonderful....
