What I find interesting about this whole thing, is how long he has evaded capture.
Is this because of inadequate police funding? Perhaps, the media has created a myth that the police always 'get their man'?
It's appearing, that if someone doesn't want to be found.....it's difficult.
Let's hope this guy is found soon.
