Tom Hudson over at gun news.com writes an excellent article on Washington state's I 594 law. The law that was recently passed deals with transfers of firearms between individuals now requiring a background check. The new law is very poorly written. For example, A museum this past week has decided that it has to close an entire firearms exhibit because all of the weapons were on loan. These are all historical weapons not modern firearms, antiques if you will.
The state of Oregon is now planning on following suit. Unfortunately second amendment rights are further eroding in liberal states.
