Hands Up! Don't Shoot!

Dorian Johnson should be charged with perjury for lying to the grand jury.  Now, I am not a lawyer at all. However it is my understanding that lying while under oath is by definition perjury. Is there preferential treatment being handed out to this guy? I'm sure that if I were in the situation I would most definitely be charge of perjury. Also, what kind of person lies in order to get somebody charged with a crime?

Dorian Johnson (right) was with Michael Brown the day the 18-year-old was shot dead by Ferguson, Missouri Police Officer Darren Wilson. He spoke out on Tuesday, saying he was 'very upset' with a grand jury's decision not to indict Wilson on any charges. Pictured above with his attorney James Williams (left)
