In July, England gets roughly 2.5" of rain. Over the 36 hours, they're going to get a whole month's worth of rain! Possibly even more. There has been some interesting weather going on lately. I'm more convinced this is Sun Spot related than Global Warming. The debate on that will go on until some dramatic and bold law is passed.
In the Euro conversation, there's a lot of entities talking about ceding sovereignty of their banking sector to the EU. Many pundits over here are for the idea. Would the American people want their economy run by bureaucrats? Are we now?
The economic mess is starting to hit President Obama's polling numbers. Seeing how the two campaigns spin this will be an interesting thing to watch.
There's reports of riots emerging from China. This is interesting to know because news is Tightly controlled in China. Just the fact that news of riots got out is news itself. Is the problem in China with China's economy bigger than we suspect?
I didn't know this was news. So... a man. He gets lost. He drinks swamp water and lights a fire to survive. for 15 HOURS. Apparently, there's not much happening in Canada.
