The market is now buying rumors. Euro is up based on hoped ofr ECB actions.
The Chevron oil refinery in California is finally out. They supply 1/8 of the gasoline to California. I'm expecting a price bump country wide, but more so on the east coast. If gas prices rise $1 or more in Cali, this could impact the national economy.
